Good treatment as you would expect. £99 for visit as informed on phone. However, auxillary took blood pressure and I said shouldn't I remove my jumpers as they are very thick. He said not necessary so I got a false very high reading! Final invoice, £199, medication paid separately. On invoice showed £45 for finger prick test lasting one second - £55 for small plaster. When I objected and said I would pay £99 as agreed, receptionist said I would be pursued (sued?) for the rest. Owner's comments welcomed. Owner replied to say sorry for misunderstandings over the bill. Answer: I did not misunderstand. I would like to know the justification for exhorbitant charge for pinprick test, small plaster and lazy unprofessional way blood pressure was taken. Owner asked me to reach out if I had remaining concerns so I am reaching out for answers to my questions please and a sensible price for the above mentioned extras.
