I had the full body composition and bone density scan to better understand what my baseline is . It was very revealing and has given me a lot to work with as well as a real focus as to what I need to do if I want to ‘future proof’ myself as much as possible and age well. Mark conducted the scans and also spent a lot of time talking through the results in great detail . Would highly recommend especially if you want to take a lot of the guess work out of what type of exercise you should be doing to achieve the results you need/want . Also very peaceful location with plenty of parking .

My wife and I both had DEXA body composition and bone density scans. We’re both in our fifties – a bit out of shape but generally fit and healthy. Not training for anything but just looking to improve our chances of a long and healthy life. I have some stubborn belly fat I’m determined to shift but needed some help. The scans revealed some stuff we expected (which was why we booked them in the first place) and some stuff we really didn’t expect. Mark was great – friendly and knowledgeable, he did all the scans, explained clearly how everything worked and went through the reports in detail to show what was going on with each of us. We came away with a great baseline, understanding exactly where we were and what we needed to do to improve. We’ll be back next year for a follow-up to see if we’ve improved where needed. I’d recommend these scans to anyone who’s interested in understanding how to improve their body health. It’s also in a beautiful peaceful location in the Surrey countryside – my mental wellbeing improved the second we pulled into the car park!
