I had a massage in the summer (2026). Very disappointing as very basic. Just a generic rub down. No attention to stressed muscles or knots or anything so for me it was completely pointless.
The best of the best. Having spent most of my adult life training, I’ve picked up many injuries and subsequently I have used numerous different physios. I have been going to Lyfe health since it opened. It has the best facilities in the area and really is a one stop shop for all your physio and muscular skeletal needs. They offer a huge amount of different treatments, and are very flexible with their opening times meaning you can get appointments early in the morning, later in the evening and at weekends. I’ve had treatments from most of their practitioners over the years and they have the same personalised & professional approach. If I could give 6 stars I would!
Excellent facilities and a well-structured approach to treating patients with disc injuries in the lower back and neck using IDD Therapy. They also offer a wide range of complementary treatments, alongside advanced technology, including an on-site MRI scanner, to support accurate diagnoses and personalised treatment plans. Strongly recommend!
Always a great experience when I go to Lyfe Health. No matter who’s on reception you get brilliant service from friendly staff. They have loads of different services available so I find i dont have to go anywhere else. Steve is a great and especially knowledgeable Physio, I always leave my session feeling better
