I went to MIHP for lactate threshold testing and the experience was smooth, practiced and highly professional. Fran talked me through the process clearly and made sure everything went well through the testing and encouraged me throughout. I had a very positive experience with the MIHP physiotherapy team, especially the reception staff, who were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The physiotherapist was professional and took the time to explain my treatment clearly, making sure I understood everything and felt supported throughout.
