I recently visited Dr. Henry Bourke, who requested that I have an MRI and X-ray done. I asked one of the reception team if it might be possible to arrange them on the same day, fully expecting it might not be. To my surprise, she went above and beyond to help me, and although I had to wait a little while, everything was arranged and completed that same day. I also kindly asked if a copy of my results could be sent to me, and to my delight, I received a CD in the post the very next day. I honestly haven’t experienced such prompt, efficient, and caring service from a practice in a long time. I would be very grateful if you could pass on my thanks to the young lady at reception who helped me, as well as the new team member assisting Dr. Bourke on the second floor. Your professionalism and kindness are very much appreciated. Muchisimas Gracias again.
