Oryon Imaging - Wimpole Street

From my personal experience, I cannot recommend Oryon Imagistic. Everything seemed well-organized until I arrived at the MRI facility, where I was met not by trained professionals, but by two employees who seemed unprepared and inexperienced. Needle Insertion: I was pricked twice. To make matters worse, one of the staff members pressed on my vein at the end of the procedure, which caused a significant amount of bruising (I wanted to add the photo of it but Google doesn't allow it - it sees it as explicit content) . This pressure was not only painful but completely unnecessary. Sound and Comfort Issues: I had mentioned that I was going through nicotine withdrawal, which made me more sensitive to noise, and also mentioned that this was my first MRI, which made me anxious. Despite this, they gave me a headset mentioning that the MRI machine noises were very loud but then seemingly 'forgot' to provide the music that was supposed to help calm me. During the procedure, the volume of the music was lowered only when the MRI machine was noisy — not when it was silent. It surely didn't look like it was a coincidence and made the already uncomfortable experience even worse. This whole experience felt very unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I truly expected a much more professional and supportive environment given the sensitive nature of MRIs.
