Came in for my revision surgery, from the start until now, i am 1 week post op, my experience has been a million times better than my original surgery at another hospital, my coordinator Sophie started my experience and has been absolutely amazing and still there if needed, my Surgeon Mr Hussain from initial consultation to my surgery date has been very realistic with the outcome, he listened and took on board my issues and came up with a personalised plan to suit me which I am over the moon with, he went through the plan with me quite a few times to make sure I knew what he was doing and wanted, he took his time to do everything to get my surgery perfect, you could tell he takes great pride in his work, on my surgery day every member of the team was absolutely fantastic, very professional and welcoming, always had smiles on their faces and you can tell they all love to be there and helping everyone, especially Alex the ward nurse, we had some great chats and made me feel so much at ease, also when I went down for my surgery I went down at ease, nervous of course but the amethyst made me feel so relaxed and I was asleep and back awake happily with no stress, would definitely highly recommend this hospital to anybody, if you want a good experience go here and dont make the same mistake I did the first time around :)

I had a copper coil replacement done here and was met by a lovely nurse who kindly held my hand throughout the whole procedure. Dr Khan was professional and highly competent, and did the whole process quicker than I expected which helped with the pain. So happy I came here- the whole booking process was also very smooth, they offered me the first weekend that I requested, no issues.

I had a breast uplift and implants with Mr Krishnan and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Before surgery, I was reassured that the result I wanted was achievable. Unfortunately, the outcome did not meet what was discussed. I then underwent a revision procedure and was again told the desired result would be achieved, but this still has not been the case. I also had a second opinion before revision from Mr Prasaad who advised that the result I originally wanted is achievable, which has made this even more upsetting. Despite this, the clinic has refused to offer a refund and has only offered me another appointment with the same surgeon. After two unsuccessful procedures, I no longer have confidence in continuing treatment with him. Overall, I feel misled about what could be achieved and very let down by how my concerns have been handled. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider their options and seek multiple opinions before proceeding.

After my first consultation I was bombarded with whatsapps, texts and emails from the patient liaison lady (can't remember her name and I've never seen her again since). I paid my deposit and all went quiet. I had my surgery a month later which went well; the nurses and other staff at Newton le Willows clinic are all lovely. However, I popped a stitch a couple of days later and obviously panicked with the pain and bleeding. There isn't a direct line for 'emergencies' so my partner was left on hold for over half an hour, then told they couldn't/wouldn't help at the clinic as they weren't an A & E. Then I developed a haematoma and at each appointment to treat this I felt I was rushed in and out as quickly as possible. I now need corrective surgery (not related to the haematoma) after my follow-up appointment and all has gone quiet again! I am currently on hold to try and get an appointment or to find out what is going on as I'm 6 months post-op and would like the corrective treatment before summer. So, to summarise, shop around and AVOID PALL MALL MEDICAL as it really is all about the money for them.
