2 Days I’ve been trying to get hold of this hospital regarding my upcoming appointment So far I’ve waited 4 hours on hold before I timed out. The following day 3 hours 30 minutes in the morning before I got hanged up on….. later that day another 3 hours before I gave up. Absolutely atrocious service provided by the call teams. To make matters worse the reception pick-up line doesn’t even ring and when it does you can ensure it will ring for hours on end…. So in the past 2 days I’ve spent 10 hours and 30 minutes on hold…. The in-person teams seem great so far but this is the worst call experience I’ve ever had at any hospital.
I had my new hip replacement operation in May this year and everything was excellent, everyone who works there are fantastic, friendly , reassuring, my new hip is working fantastic, still doing the excercises and getting back to normal. Thank you so much .
Medical staff is excellent but the appointment line is an absolute disgrace. Never less than an hour to speak to someone, and today after nearly 3 hours waiting to change an appointment I've concluded the person has gone home early without closing the line.
4 hours on hold and No answer!! Been waiting almost a year for an operation having been Fobbed off with every excuse! Don’t bother phoning, they won’t answer! Totally unacceptable!!
