Impossible to contact. I had an appointment in May and was told I would hear from them about an endoscopy. Didn't hear anything until August when I suddenly got a phone call that turned out to be a pre-op assessment. The lady was very hard to understand but said my appointment for the procedure would be 3.45pm on so and so day, medication would be sent with instructions and they will ring again 2 days before the appointment to reconfirm everything. Then got the medication with no instructions and couldn't get through to anyone to get the instructions. Was told on the phone I was having a certain procedure but the paperwork and consent forms they sent were for another more invasive procedure. The appointment timr was also different! Again couldn't get through to anyone to discuss. No call 2 days before as told. I was already debating having it done due to the down time needed and childcare arrangements, so I tried to cancel. I left a voicemail and said to cancel the appointment and discharge me to my GP. Day before procedure got a call about the medication. I said about the voicemail; they hadn't got it as had a backlog. I again said to cancel and discharge me. Had multiple missed calls from them asking me to call them, but they never answer! Got another appointment sent in the post! Have been trying to cancel for 2 weeks, left multiple voicemail. 2 days until appointment and they have sent me a reminder! I don't want the appointment! It's so ridiculous and such a waste as that appointment could be given to someone else.

Referred by the NHS on 2024. Multiple issues found. Multiple investigations and planned surgery. I became pregnant so had to wait and was told when the baby is born to get referred back. Now I'm under the NHS and none of my medical records have been updated with everything they found. I am now having to go back to the beginning and have multiple investigations to gather the same information to have my operations. I have called practice plus multiple times asking for my medical records to be sent over to my surgery and added to my NHS app and nothing has been done. Now operations that could have been just booked have been stalled for over 18 months because my paperwork is being kept by them.

Had gallbladder surgery on the 8th September 2026, I couldn't thank the staff enough for there help, I was a nervous reck going in all the staff made me feel at ease and so did my surgeon Mr Berry, the anaesthetic team were amazing they really calmed me down and helped me so much, when I woke the after care was amazing and when going on a ward I had one nurse that didn't leave my side and made sure the whole time I was comfortable and getting me drinks and food, I was discharged the same day and a week on doing amazing due to all these people. Thank you guys so much 💓
