Great experience all around. All staff I interacted with were very friendly, competent and reassuring. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant service! The facilitates are nice, everything works as scheduled and waiting times are minimal. My GP Dr Nicola Bull is wonderful, very knowledgeable, supportive and empathetic. Dr Irvine, the radiologist is great. All the medical and admin staff I have come across for the 2 years experience with Prime Healy in Weybridge has been friendly and supportive. Highly recommended!
My appointment was for 2pm. The xray person came back from lunch at 2:30pm. He was not aware of my appointment even though it was booked a few days in advance. There was no apology from anyone and waiting for 40 mins without updates is extremely frustrating. I would have liked a reduction in my invoice or at the very least, recognition of the error. Other than that, I have been here once before and it was a really good experience.
So unbelievably difficult to get my scan sent over. They claimed they could not do it initially due to needing an appointment. I’d argue that’s extreme malpractice as a scan is my data and against GDPR. I’d consider somewhere else that has more ethical standards.
