My experience with TIC Health has been nothing short of brilliant! I recently suffered a serious knee injury playing sports and decided to go private due to the long NHS waiting times. The TIC health membership model appealed to me due to the affordability of it and they managed to book me in for an MRI within days of signing up. In addition to the speedy service, their team has also been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout, providing me with documentation and follow up appointments as needed. Highly recommend!
Lovely staff, clean and tidy. Great if you are independently mobile but unless you are a director of the football club not simple to access.
Terrible service - was told my results would be given for gender of baby after 3 days of receiving bloods and still awaiting 1 weeks later with no results- at this rate should just wait for the NHS. Truly disappointing and will be requesting a full refund ! Definitely would never recommend to anyone going forward
All the team were friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. From booking the MRI, attending the appointment, and even leaving afterwards, every step felt smooth and professional. I felt informed, listened to, and genuinely cared for throughout. What stood out most was that I never felt rushed. After the MRI, they took the time to check in, explain how long the report would take, and make sure I was okay rather than hurrying me out the door. They genuinely seem to care about their clients, and that level of kindness and professionalism makes such a difference. Highly recommend.
