Laila (in Birmingham) was fantastic and amazing We booked a private MRI Scan for my dad in Birmingham. We were welcomed by laila who was fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly. We were so anxious but she reassured us and she was really empathetic. with our situation. She is a real asset to the team and she made the whole experience manageable. And we can’t thank her enough.

I recently attended for an endometriosis MRI along with my mum and my young daughter who is autistic and has separation anxiety from me. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and really helped my daughter feel more at ease, including updating her with how long left of the scan so she knew when I would be back. My MRI report has already been finalised, yet I still can’t access it. I’ve repeatedly asked Medneo to release it to me, but they continue to refuse. I was initially quoted for two body parts even though my referral only requested one. I had to question this, otherwise I would have been charged for something that was never requested. The advertised off-peak pricing is also unclear, as I was told it didn’t apply because my scan required contrast. There was also confusion over who would report my MRI, and even the information on the health portal doesn’t match the radiologist who actually signed my previous MRI report. Overall, a very disappointing and disorganised experience.

When I got an MRI scan done, it was promised I would get a report in 24/48 hours. It has been eight days, I got nothing, and the customer service team is not even picking up the phone. Considering I self-payed for the imaging in order to avoid NHS waiting times, I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

Rapid Turnaround & Patient Portal: Accessing the digital patient portal was incredibly easy and efficient—my MRI images were ready for download in less than an hour after the scan. The formal MRI report was delivered to Dr. Online within 2 working days and forwarded to me immediately. I was also able to easily schedule a brief review call with one of their GPs to discuss the results. All in all - highly recommended. This is exactly how modern, patient-first healthcare should be run.
