Visited the site with my nan. Happy with the service and hospitality We will look after and everything was provided my grandmother’s reassured and was given everything she asked for. Highly recommend

I was referred to this Private Hospital under the NHS for a double hernia repair and I cannot sing its praises too highly. From the initial consultations and examinations, I was treated with great expertise and respect. I was fully briefed about what to expect and any fears allayed. I have now returned from the surgery -done in a morning - and again the treatment by all levels of personnel was a credit to the hospital. I greatly commend the kindness, professionalism and care I received. Domestically, the drinks and food were excellent and I appreciated having my own room

Knee replacement 1st May. Operation went well, hydrotherapy was very successful, but still having a few problems. Still going to physio with Nicola at West Midlands hospital, which is excellent. The problems :- I still can’t get out of a chair or going up and down stairs and walking without pain. Stourside Hospital is very easy to find with good parking, West Midlands Hospital is also easy to find but parking is a huge problem. At both hospitals all staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing my wife and I found very nice was the tea and coffee machine for patients.😊

I had groin hernia surgery at this hospital.i found the over all practice of this hospital from surgens to nurses and all the staff positive and good, they give you care and support you need.The hospital birmingham practice plus group is very clean and organise and the patients are received well.Surgen hugo baptista,his team, nurses nithasha, sue and all the staff is good and careing.

​I cannot thank the wonderful team at the Practice Plus hospital enough for the incredible care they provided to my dad during his recent knee replacement surgery on the 17th September 2026. ​From the moment he arrived, the staff were nothing short of amazing. My dad was understandably nervous, but everyone on the team went out of their way to calm his anxiety and put his mind completely at ease. They couldn't do enough to help him throughout his stay. ​What really stood out was how clearly and calmly they explained every step of the procedure and recovery, making sure he fully understood and felt comfortable with everything happening. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. ​Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and support staff involved. You are truly outstanding!
